Opus 5.5 built a playable chip fab, from scanners to overhead hoists

Every scanner, wafer pod and overhead hoist was modeled in Blender and runs in three.js like a strategy game. It's a glimpse of cheap, walkable plant models for layout and training.

Waferline, a 3D model of a 300 mm chip fab seen from above, with tool bays for litho, etch and deposition, and diffusion and implant, overhead hoist track loops, a dashboard of wafer starts, line yield, cycle time and tool availability, a route tracker for one lot and a list of lots on the overhead transport

pid-parser turns a P&ID drawing into SQL tables and a graph

A vision model finds the symbols and plain image processing finds the connections, then it exports CSV, SQL, GraphML and Cypher. The author tested it on one dense open dataset sheet, not on the workflows he lists.

For process and chemical engineers: once a drawing is a table, you can ask which valves sit between a pump and a tank, or what a valve isolates, then check the answer against the sheet.
