OPC UA now has an official MCP server, so AI assistants can read plant data

The OPC Foundation shipped it in release 2.0.0 of its .NET stack. It lets an AI assistant browse, read and write OPC UA servers, with smaller profiles to limit what it can touch.

For controls engineers: have an assistant browse a server, read live values and pull tag history.
