Navy and GSA raise Gecko Robotics' ship inspection contract ceiling from $71 million to $300 million; $3.4 million is obligated so far.

The Navy and GSA raised the ceiling on Gecko Robotics' ship inspection IDIQ from $71 million to $300 million, six months after the first award. Federal records reported by CTOL show one delivery order so far, $3.4 million obligated for one amphibious ship, with Gecko's Komodo robot mapping corrosion under deck coatings before drydock. The ceiling is headroom, not spend; watch for a second order.
