TOOL
HistorianSim is a Claude Code workflow: describe a chemical process in plain English and you get about 90 days of simulated plant historian time-series with injected faults, control loops that can mask them, and a private answer key. Nothing in the data comes from a real plant, so teams can practice RCA, test fault detection, and train agents without sharing live historian files. Different tool from Scott Duncan's troubleshooting-agent YouTube and PFD Claude skill already on the Feed.
For process, reliability and controls engineers: practicing RCA or training agents.

autocad-plant3d-mcp lets Claude Code, Claude Desktop or another MCP client build, check and renumber P&IDs in AutoCAD Plant 3D through its .NET API, so lines carry real connections and pass validation. It also runs read-only checks on the project database for duplicate tags, orphan objects and open line ends. A chemical engineering student built it from a two-semester plant design project.
For process design engineers and EPC tool builders: on AutoCAD Plant 3D.
TOOL
smt-floor-mcp simulates a three-line SMT electronics floor with injected anomalies and keeps the answer key separate, so you can score whether an agent finds the real cause of a slowdown. The simulator and a read-only OPC UA server are done; the MCP server itself is still in progress.
For electronics manufacturing engineers: testing agents on line data.
TOOL
multi-plc-agent runs one MCP server that lets an AI agent write ladder logic in nine PLC tools, including GX Works2, TIA Portal V20, CX-Programmer, Sysmac Studio and CODESYS. A tool is checked off only after a real program built with 0 errors and read back matched. Tools that act on a live PLC or delete project content are not exposed, so the agent writes and compiles offline.
For controls and automation engineers: testing AI-written ladder logic offline.
